Do you know just how many calories are in your favorite drink? No one likes to think calories when you’re having fun, so we’ll let you know ahead of time. Here’s the short-list:

Mai Tai: 260 calories
Cosmopolitan: 216 calories
Manhattan: 150 calories
Small margarita (about 3.5 ounces- maybe for an elf?!): 153 calories
Craft beer (generally speaking): starting at 200 calories in one can
Merlot (5 oz.): 122 calories

Yikes. We know—kind of depressing, right? Never fear. We have a fun new twist on “skinny” cocktails. Try these recipes at your next event.

Nutty espresso (100 calories)

1-1/2 ounces Voli Espresso Vanilla
1/4 ounce Frangelico

Shake and pour over ice.

Falltini (110 calories)

1-1/2 ounces Voli Light
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce cranberry juice
Garnish: Orange peel

Shake and pour over ice. Garnish with orange peel.

Holiday Sangria

1 bottle pinot grigio
1/2 cup apple cider
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup ginger brandy
3 crisp apples, chopped
3 pears, chopped

Refrigerate for an hour and serve!
